In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and sugar. Add lukewarm milk and oil, then knead the dough by hand or with a stand mixer using a dough hook. Finally, add salt. The dough should be soft and elastic.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place.
Boil 2 eggs for 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water to make peeling easier. Grate the cheese using a coarse grater, preferably a mix of Imeretian cheese and Sulguni in a 70/30 ratio.

Once the dough doubles in size, transfer it to a floured surface, knead it lightly, and divide it into two balls. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Separate 1 egg yolk from the white. Mix the egg white with the grated cheese, and combine the yolk with 1 tbsp milk to use as a glaze.

Roll out the dough, spread half of the cheese mixture on it, place a halved boiled egg in the center, and seal the edges well. Brush with the egg yolk mixture. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
