I was raised in a family where creativity wasn’t just encouraged—it was a way of life. Surrounded by artists, sculptors, and people from the world of fine arts, I found joy in creating with my hands from an early age - be it painting, sculpting, sewing, or any other form of craftsmanship. In my teenage years, I came to a profound realization: cooking, too, is an art form - one that delights the eyes and nourishes the soul through flavors. This realization fascinated me so much that I plunged headlong into the vibrant world of culinary arts.
Mastering the art of cooking was a long and demanding journey, but what I love most about this craft is that the learning never ends. There’s always something new to discover. It was exactly that strong desire for exploration that led me to test my skills on the cooking show “Kitchen Wars”. The outcome wasn’t what I had hoped for, but that failure only gave me even more determination to grow and when the next opportunity came, “MasterChef”, I not only faced the challenge but gained victory.
It was during “MasterChef” that I discovered my culinary style: a fusion of conceptual and comfort cuisine, where unusual yet deeply familiar flavors come together in harmony. For me, the continuous movement between the culinary and fine arts is what shapes my identity - as a chef, and as a gastro wizard.

Paska Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients

For ice cream

Butter

100 gram

Egg yolk

Sugar

250 gram

500 milligram

Easter bread

For gingerbread

Salt

 Simmer milk and Paska together until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and let it sit for 15–20 minutes to infuse the flavors.

Strain the Paska-milk mixture through a fine sieve, pressing well to extract liquid.

In a saucepan, combine the flavored milk, whipping cream, and butter, and bring to a boil.  In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar until well combined.  Slowly pour over the hot mixture and strain the mixture again through a fine sieve. Let it cool completely, then whip up in an ice cream machine.

 For the cookies, beat the softened butter with both brown and white sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until creamy.

and knead until smooth.

 Bake the cookies in a waffle maker. Once baked, let it cool slightly, then sandwich an ice cream between two cookies.
