First of all mix the following ingredients – garlic powder, cayenne pepper, red pepper, mustard powder, black pepper and salt. Apply mixture on all rib sides. Place ribs on tinfoil, pour beer and wrap it. Place tray in oven for 2 hours at 160C.

Meanwhile, start preparing barbeque sauce by chopping onions, garlic, ginger and roasting them with some oil, then adding sugar (brown), honey, mustard, Worcester sauce. Add some ketchup in 2-3 minutes. As soon as the mixture is ready, drain it.

Place cooked ribs on pan, smear with barbeque sauce and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180C.
