“Shortly after graduating from the Academy of Arts, I went to St. Martin’s College, London. During my studies I did an internship at brand TATA-NAKA. After arriving from London, Georgian Fashion Week was established in Tbilisi, where I participated with my newly created brand ATELIER INFORMAL, which I founded with my friend in 2007.Atelier Informal ceased to operate in 2012, but I continued the Informal line and now I produce an affordable clothing line.That same year I established the brand ELOSHI. I currently have an online store and a workshop. Many famous actresses, models and singers such as Gigi Hadid, Priyanka Chopra, Katie Perry, etc.  wear the Brand ELOSHI.

During the pandemic, I had a lot of free time while I was at home and I also found timefor cooking.Cinnamon rolls are my family’s favorite dessert and I often make them in different variations”- Lela Eloshvili, the Designer.

2 2 piece eggs
2 2 Cup flour
1 1 cup milk
6 6 tablespoon sugar
1 1 рinch salt
180 180 gr. butter
2,5 2,5 teaspoon of yeast
100 100 gr. brown sugar
60 60 gr. cinnamon
150 150 gr. berries
100 100 gr. cream-cheese
100 100 gr. powdered sugar
1/2 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 2 tablespoon of berry juice
1 1 tablespoon of milk

Put melted butter (80 g) in warm milk, add yeast and sugar, stir and let stand for fermentation for 10 minutes. Then add eggs and flour, mix well to form a uniform, soft mass. If necessary, add ½ a cup of flour.

Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a table-cloth and let it rise for 1 hour. Roll out the dough, give it a rectangular shape and apply the room tempered butter (100 g), mix the cinnamon and sugar together, sprinkle with berries, roll and cut into equal pieces.

Divide in a baking tin and leave to rise for another 10-15 minutes.

Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

While still warm pour the preliminary prepared cream over it. For cream mix cream-cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar, berry juice and milk until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
