500 500 gr. oats
75 75 gr. walnuts
100 100 gr. nuts
50 50 gr. pumpkin seeds
75 75 gr. sunflower seeds
60 60 gr. candied fruits
80 80 gr. raisins
100 100 gr. honey
200 200 ml. vegetable oil or melted butter
50 50 ml. caramel syrup

Mix honey and oil. Mix oats, nuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Mix all together.

Preheat an oven to 165 degrees. Place mixed ingredients on a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes.

Transfer to jars along with candied fruits and raisins.

How To Serve

Serve with matsoni, milk or yogurt. Add caramel before serving.
