Healthy, delicious, and simple side dish – baked cauliflower.
1 head cauliflower
2 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoon of olive oil
1/3 cup of grated parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon minced parsley
Wash and cut cauliflower. Place it in a bowl, add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix everything.
Spread a bit of oil on a baking vessel. Fill it with cauliflower and bake on a 220 degrees for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.
Serve with minced parsley.
