DGF ICC Georgia Culinary Masterclasses

Mineral water Borjomi supports various gastronomic master-classes held at DGF ICC Georgia, which aim to strengthen the pastry and culinary sector in Georgia and to position the country as a regional leader in this field.

A 3-day master-class held on April 25–27 was led by Antonio Bachour, named as the World’s Best Pastry Chef in 2018 and 2022. Chef Bachour prepared and presented 12 unique desserts to the participants, shared preparation techniques, and provided professional recommendations.

On May 7, a master-class was conducted by Antonio Losito, Senior Pastry Chef at IRCA, finalist of the Traditional Panettone World Championship, and holder of numerous awards. As part of the event, he led a master-class on gelato and sorbet preparation.

The two-day master-class held on June 5–6 was led by Bruno Curet, a French pastry chef who has worked in various renowned restaurants and, since 1998, has been sharing his expertise and creating innovative desserts.
