Zura Sadunishvili, 29 years old, chef at Giorgio restaurant.
My grandfather was also a cook, the whole family cooked and this was the main source of inspiration. I graduated from the Agrarian University and learned culinary skills from there.
I took the knowledge that came from my family to a more serious level, but the real experience of course came with practice. I didn't think this job was as difficult as it turned out to be, but if you love your job, you will overcome these difficulties and achieve what you want.
If I wasn't a chef, I would probably be a teacher, because I love to teach, so I brought this part into my profession and I'm happy to share my experience with aspiring cooks. I love culinary innovations, but I think that I prefer to create completely new dishes than to change the classics.
The main thing is to prepare each dish in a good mood and put all your heart into it no matter what happens. Prepare it as if it were your last meal.
