Vladimir Tsvetinovich

My name is Vladimir Tsvetinovich, and I am the head chef at PIER restaurant. I am a devotee of modern Mediterranean gastronomy and a follower of the light author’s concept “Simple.”
Originally from Serbia, I moved to Kazakhstan over ten years ago. I began my journey at Del Mar, later becoming the head chef of the gastro bar MONS. I spent six years in Italy, where I led the kitchen at Felice and became the right hand of Giuseppe Ricchebuono, including an internship at Vescovado near Genoa.
Gastronomy is my calling, my life, and my passion. I treat every guest and their preferences with great respect, serving this noble art. In my practice, I’ve learned that even the smallest details define the quality of a dish.
One of the most important but often underestimated elements is water. It directly affects flavor by playing a key role in the cooking process and influencing the texture and aroma of food, creating complex taste combinations. For example, Borjomi mineral water, with its rich natural composition, enhances the depth of flavor in various dishes.
I invite you to enjoy quality food in the warm company of family, friends, and like-minded people — preserving the spirit of love and connection that brings harmony to our lives.
