Since childhood, I have loved to create things with my hands. I think that my artistic vision was determined by my family, because since I was a child, I watched many artists by my side, who also loved cooking. 

That's why I try to raise my field to the level of art, to approach my work from both creative and scientific sides, because for me, cooking is a harmonious fusion of art and science. I try to be guided by chemical processes and know exactly the cause-and-effect relationships in the preparation process.
