Nikoloz Katashvili
In 2012, I graduated from the Culinary College “Ikarosi.” Since then, I have been actively working in the gastronomic field. For the past 13 years, I have been involved in the operation and development of both Georgian and European cuisines.
Currently, I serve as the Executive Chef at restaurant in Tbilisi - Belini. At our restaurant, guests have the opportunity to taste both authentic Italian dishes and modernized Georgian cuisine. We offer a classic Italian atmosphere, distinguished by its cozy ambiance and attentive service.
Additionally, guests can enjoy unique desserts specially created by our pastry chef for Belini, using the highest quality Georgian and Italian ingredients. We strive to create a warm and comfortable environment in the heart of Tbilisi, allowing our guests to feel, even for a short while, as if they are in Italy.
