“After graduating from the Faculty of Business at the University, I learned about the existence of a college where I could study confectionery-making, both theoretically and practically.
On my first day in college, I realized that I took a great pleasure in doing this. I have been in this field for 7 years and I am still very happy to prepare and create new desserts. After two years of study, I undertook an internship at a funicular restaurant.
I worked in various confectioneries and cafes. I have been a member of Pauli team for four years now “- Natia Kevlishvili.
