Nata Tseruashvili is the Executive Chef and Partner of QooQy Bakery, where a variety of baked goods are presented, including cookies, cakes, pastries, breads, diabetic products, coffee, drinks, and gift boxes.
Nata's initial profession is French language philology. She later studied French literature and art at universities in France: Université Paris-Sorbonne, Paris IV, and Université Paris 8. During her time in Paris, she became interested in the pastry business and decided to pursue further studies in the field.
This was not an easy decision, but in the end, she embraced a completely new career. Nata successfully completed a program in the technology of pastry, ice cream, and chocolate making at the Académie de Creteil, part of France's National Center for Higher Education and Research. After completing her pastry program, she gained practical experience in several patisseries and hotels in Paris, including the Le George-Four Season Hôtel George V, which holds a Michelin star.
After returning to Georgia, Nata began working as a lecturer for the Pastry Program at the Culinary Academy of the Agricultural University of Georgia. She was actively involved in the development of the Academy's pastry program, which places a special emphasis on learning the technology of pastry making and is a rather complex and comprehensive curriculum. At the same time, Nata is a co-author of several culinary books developed in collaboration with the Culinary Academy of Georgia:
"Georgian Taste" (Bakur Sulakauri Publishing, 2018)
"Meskhetian Table" (2018) – USAID’s Growth Project in Georgia
"Colchian Table" (2019) – USAID’s Growth Project in Georgia.
Additionally, Nata works as a lecturer at the professional college Ikaros.
