Merey Serikov is the chef at Loyo Bistro. Over the course of five years in the industry, he has developed his own take on contemporary cuisine, drawing inspiration from the culinary traditions of Scandinavia, Italy, and France.

In his work, Merey places special emphasis on seasonal ingredients, purity of flavor, and simplicity. He is convinced that the impeccable quality of ingredients should be the main focus of any dish.
