I am Luka Todua from Tbilisi, 20 years old. I have been working in the culinary industry for about 5 years. At present I am working at the Hotel Monograph. Before working at this hotel I had the position of Senior Chef de Partie at the well-known and beloved restaurant “Ladurèe”. I plan to go to Europe in the future to work at Michelin-starred restaurant.
