My goal is to travel, explore, and study the culinary cultures of different countries. This experience allows me to create new, distinctive, and innovative dishes by combining my imagination with my knowledge.
I have a deep love and great respect for Georgian cuisine — it has a unique character and deserves to be represented clearly and proudly on the global culinary map.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in renowned kitchens in Georgia, alongside both Georgian and international chefs. Today, I lead the main restaurant, Parnas, at the Tbilisi Marriott, where I strive to present traditional Georgian flavors in a modern form, ensuring that each dish retains a note that evokes familiar and beloved tastes.
