Originally from Arkhangelsk, Konstantin Okatov was inspired by his grandmother — a cook — who instilled in him a love for the kitchen from early childhood.
With more than 20 years of experience, Konstantin has worked in prestigious European restaurants and taken part in international culinary competitions.
He has a particular passion for Pan-Asian cuisine. During his travels across East and Southeast Asia, he studied with renowned local masters, mastering authentic techniques and the subtleties of regional flavors. This knowledge shaped his unique culinary style, where Eastern traditions are harmoniously combined with modern approaches.
Today, Konstantin is the Chef of City 21 Restaurant at the Hilton Tashkent hotel. His dishes represent a harmony of taste, textures, and culinary philosophy — each one telling a story inspired by travel and his deep love for the craft.
