Karma Tashi Sherpa is a chef with more than 25 years of international experience. A graduate of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, he has worked throughout his career in Singapore, the Maldives, the Seychelles, Bahrain, and St. Petersburg. This journey has allowed him to develop his own professional style, based on respect for the ingredients, impeccable technique, and attention to detail.

His international experience has helped the chef blend the best traditions of various culinary cultures while maintaining a personalized approach to each dish. In 2014, Karma Tashi Sherpa’s mastery was recognized with the prestigious Best Chef award at the legendary Belmond Grand Hotel Europe in St. Petersburg.

Today, he continues to develop his signature style, in which his cosmopolitan experience is combined with modern culinary techniques and a sincere desire to provide guests with memorable experiences. For him, every dish is a harmony of flavor, the highest quality, and respect for gastronomic traditions.
