Ilia began his journey in gastronomy in 2012, and since 2018 he has confidently taken the position of chef. He has 13 years of culinary experience, of which 7 years he has been professionally managing kitchens.

His love for cooking arose in his childhood: from an early age he helped in the kitchen of a large family, which over time has become a real family tradition. These memories became the basis of his future profession.

Ilia is inspired by the process of creating new dishes, teamwork and, most importantly, the emotions of his guests. He considers cooking to be a language through which it is possible to convey warmth, impressions and mood.
Respect for the product, attention to detail and the desire to surprise with taste always reign in his kitchen.
