Giorgi Sikharulidze, Madre restaurant, chef 7 years ago, I entered the Agrarian University, but it so happened that in 3 months the chefs took me to work and my relationship with the Agrarian University ended sooner than expected.
After that, there were experiences in small restaurants, then I had a break for 2 years, and I returned to the restaurant field for 3 years.
Today my goal is to learn a lot even though 7 years of experience is not a little... I want to get to know the cuisine of different countries. I think that the accumulation of new experiences in this field is the most important.
