I am Gigi Tskhadadze, a chef and culinary consultant, and founder of the consulting brand Gastronomy Grid.

My journey has been one of learning and practice, which has led me to become part of the team of some of Georgia's leading restaurants. My experience combines European techniques with local traditions.

By creating Gastronomy Grid, I strive to help those who want to organize and develop their cuisine efficiently and professionally. I attach great importance to the international recognition of Georgian cuisine and want to preserve our traditions through modern interpretations and introduce them to a wider audience.
