My first steps in the culinary world began six years ago at Lisi Lounge. Once I stepped into the kitchen, I realized that this would be the most comfortable, interesting, and diverse place for me.
I am now 24 years old. Over the years, I have worked at several Georgian restaurants; for me, Georgian cuisine and its flavors are a priority.
I currently work at The Black Lion, which, in my opinion, is one of the most authentic Georgian restaurants. I see myself in this field for many years to come; becoming a chef is the best choice I’ve ever made in my life.
