Dilyar Inoyatov

Originally from Tashkent, Dilyar Inoyatov has felt the magic of cooking since childhood - a place where food becomes a source of joy and unity.
He began his professional career in 2009 in an Italian restaurant, where he fell in love with Italian rural cuisine - for its simplicity, warmth and respect for the product. In 2013, Dilyar participated in the opening of the restaurant "On the Sky", with an emphasis on Caucasian cuisine, and later moved to Russia to develop a successful restaurant of the East Caucasian concept. These stages became key to the formation of his signature approach.
In 2023, he launched a large-scale gastronomic project "Yujanin" - a franchise that combined his professional experience and love for southern cuisine. For Dilyar, this is not just a job, but a reflection of his soul and cultural values. The chef draws inspiration from his travels, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern gastronomy, and is particularly fond of Italian and Caucasian traditions.
Today, he continues to develop and warmly shares his experience, remaining true to his main principle: cooking with soul.
