Everything started at the end of 2019, during the Covid , when the "Barbare" restaurant was working only with a take-out service. It so happened that the current chef asked me to help in the kitchen.  A one-time engagement soon turned into a daily activity.

I was captivated by the specificity of the restaurant, the rhythm, and I saw cooking with completely different eyes. A domestic interest in cooking turned into a real career and today I am a self-taught chef at my great uncle and aunt's family's ancestral restaurant, which is a huge responsibility.

Most of all, I want to revive more and more recipes from Barbarე Jorjadze's book and create even more sophisticated dishes with my own interpretation.
