I am the head chef at Line Brew Reserve Jetisu. I have over 20 years of professional experience, 12 of which have been closely tied to my career development within the Line Group. It was here that I honed my craft and developed my signature culinary style. The next important step was six years of managing the kitchens at Line Brew and Line Brew Reserve—this experience allowed me to build a systematic team workflow and further deepen my specialization.

I work with meat and consider it my main focus. It is extremely important to me to reveal the true flavor of the product, strictly adhering to technique and respecting its nature. At the heart of my cuisine are clear combinations, precise processes, and close attention to detail. It is important to me that the guest receives a dish that is not overloaded, but truly delicious and straightforward.
