My name is Bakhtior Abdukhakimov, I am 28 years old, I am a brand chef with many years of experience and a sincere love of my work.

My career began with a dream to become a master chef. I graduated the college with a degree in “chef” and did my internship at La Terrasse and K.T. Komba clubs, where I started working as an assistant chef.
Gradually, I grew professionally, became a cook, and then a sous chef. Later, in Kazakhstan, I took the position of chef at the restaurant “Chaikhona”, where I developed the menu completely from scratch. After returning to Tashkent, I headed the kitchen of the Cafe 1991 restaurant and simultaneously participated in the launch of the following projects: Shelby Bar, Vozdukh restaurant, Alice Garden, Sindbad and Welordi - I created kitchens and author's menus, I managed the processes.

For me, the kitchen is a living organism. My task as a chef is not only to prepare food, but also to inspire the team, monitor quality, introduce new ideas and create a gastronomic experience that remains in the memory.
