Fig Bruschetta 

With the delicious fruits of autumn, we are offering a wonderful dish to enjoy. This combination of flavors is sure to surprise and delight you.

To make fig bruschetta, you will need:

3 thin-skinned figs (preferably black figs)
100 g goat cheese
3 small tomatoes
10 g fresh green basil
3 slices of bread

Peel the tomatoes and chop them. Place the chopped tomato on the bread slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and add some chopped basil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.

While the bread is baking, wash the figs thoroughly and slice them (no need to peel). Once the bread is out of the oven, layer thin slices of cheese on top. Sprinkle with a bit more basil, and finish with the sliced figs arranged neatly on top.

Serve and enjoy it!
