500 500 gr. feijoa
20 20 gr. grinded cardamom
50 50 gr. honey
1 1 vanilla stick
50 50 gr. butter
100 100 gr. pistachio
100 100 gr. sugar powder

Cut and peel your feijoa, toss in a pot, add some cardamom, honey, vanilla and pour a little water. Heat it up on a middle fire for few seconds in order to mix thoroughly. Then drain it and cool.

Preheat the oven on 200C. Layer the dough on a tray, apply some melted butter and dredge some brown sugar. Spread the filling on the last layer of dough and roll the roulette.

Smear some egg yolk and milk mixture on the outer side of the strudel. Bake until it gets golden color.

How To Serve

Serve together with ice-cream or whipped cream.
