Bake the duck at a low temperature for 1-2 hours.
Then cut, chop well and add creamy cheese, sauteed onion, garlic, salt, pepper.
To prepare the dough, add egg and a little water to the flour, knead for 5-6 minutes, then wrap it and let it rest.
For the barberry sauce, soak the barberry in warm water, then blend, balance with sugar and salt. In the end, strain it to make it pure.
Mix parsley, garlic, salt with creamy cheese and put it in a pastry bag.
Dissolve sugar in a pan, before it is caramelized, add apples and coarse-ground pepper.
Boil the wrapped mass i.e. dumplings in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
