Ingredients for preparing the sponge cake:
3 3 piece eggs
2 2 Cup sugar
400 400 gr. sour milk (Matsoni)
4 4 Cup flour
10 10 gr. baking powder
200 200 gr. butter
4 4 gr. vanilla
1 1 piece lemon juice and zest
50 50 gr. frozen blackberries
Ingredients for preparing the cream:
200 200 gr. high-fat cream butter
400 400 gr. creamy- cheese
1/2 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
2 2 gr. vanilla
2-3 2-3 tablespoon blackberry jam for coloring

Use 200 gram cup as a measuring vessel. Beat sugar and eggs until they turn white, add sour cream, melted butter, lemon juice, zest and beat again.

In the end, sift dry ingredients over the top, combine the mass and remove it on a baking form lined with parchment paper.

Put frozen blackberries on the top and bake at 200 degrees.

Beat butter of room temperature until turning white, add cream-cheese, sugar powder, vanilla and continue beating.

When the mass is combined, add jam. Mix with a silicone stick and arrange the mass on a cooled sponge cake.

Decorate the top with blackberry jam again.
