Today we will offer you a quick and easy seasonal peach salad.

2 2 piece ripe peaches
200 200 gr. spinach or lettuce
1 1 piece red onion
60 60 gr. almonds (roasted)
80 80 gr. goat cheese or feta
1 1 piece avocado
2 2 tablespoon olive oil
1 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 2 teaspoon honey
1 1 рinch pepper
1 1 рinch salt

First of all, let's prepare the dressing: mix together olive oil, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl.

Place the spinach or lettuce leaves in a large bowl, add the dressing and mix well.

Then add the other ingredients: feta (or goat cheese), chopped onion, avocado, peaches and almonds.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on top to taste and mix.
