Let me introduce myself. I’m 30-year-old Temo Kakuchaia, from Tbilisi. I grew up in Moscow, got a profession there, I am a bar chef and the founder of two bars in Tbilisi. My aim is to enrich the customer’s taste base and provide the best service.

500 500 gr. pineapple
50 50 gr. ginger
1 1 piece coriander
1 1 piece middle-size onion
10 10 gr. coarsely ground peppers
1 1 рinch salt
10 10 gr. brown sugar
2 2 piece lime

Fry onion and ginger in oil slightly, add coriander roots, fry together until onion golden brown. Then add the pineapple cut into cubes and fry until the pineapple softens, add salt, hot pepper and sugar, the dish should be sweet and sour and spicy.

Fry until thickened, finally add lime juice. You can serve it as a side dish to meat dishes, as well as separately as a vegan dish.
