300 300 gr. broccoli
10 10 gr. garlic
80 80 gr. onions
100 100 gr. cream (18%)

300 300 gr. vegetable broth
10 10 gr. white balsamic
1 1 рinch black pepper
1 1 рinch salt
1 1 рinch nutmeg

We start the preparation with chopping the onion, then we clean garlic and simmer them together.

Add broccoli and simmer for two minutes, then add the nutmeg, cinnamon and black pepper, pour over the vegetable broth and cook for 5 minutes.

Place the prepared mass to a blender without liquid, add cream and white balsamic vinegar, and add broth enough for a consistency to be of medium thickness.
