I’m Nikki, a digital marketing specialist, fan of heavy metal, fantasy genre and tasting delicious food ^ _ ^ It was the latter that arose my interest in culinary art. I have never been a professional culinary specialist, but I am a taste hunter - when I taste something delicious, be it a dessert or a main dish, after several experiments and attempts to prepare it, I will definitely receive my favorite tastes.

Three milk desserts (in Spanish Tres Leches, or Torta De Tres Leches) is prepared from three types of milk: condensed milk, boiled condensed milk and concentrated milk without sugar. The homeland of this dessert is considered to be Latin America, although there are several European desserts that are made on the same principle (e.g. Italian Tiramisu). I tasted this dessert for the first time on a business trip and was obsessed with it.  I started searching its recipe on Google. In the end, I modifying few recipes and received a favorite taste, which I want to share with you because I’m sure you’ll like it too.

ingredients
80 80 gr. flour
4 4 piece eggs
90 90 gr. Sugar
250 250 ml. condensed milk
250 250 ml. boiled condensed milk
100 100 ml. concentrated milk or low-fat (not more than 10%) cream
150 150 ml. high-fatcream (26% +)
100 100 gr. powdered sugar
250 250 gr. mascarpone
step 1
For dessert you can use recipe of your favorite cake biscuit or follow the instructions. For the biscuit you will need 80 g flour, 90 g sugar, 4 eggs, half a teaspoon of vanilla and a pinch of salt. These quantities are intended for about 10-12 portions of dessert, depending on the size of the vessel you use. First, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg yolks with half portion of sugar (45 g) separately, until you get a fluffy, thick and light color consistence. After beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt separately and then mix with the remaining sugar.
step 2
Then mix the two masses together, sprinkle with flour over it and mix carefully until you get an airy, light dough. You can bake the dough in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. As for the baking dish, you can use any dish, or just pour it on a parchment-coated plate.
step 3
Cool the baked biscuit, then cut into pieces of desired size and make holes with a fork. You will need condensed milk, boiled condensed milk and concentrated, sugar-free milk to prepare the wetter. If you will not be able to get the latter, you can replace it with low-fat (no more than 10%) cream. Tip: try to buy high quality condensed milk, because its quality and taste significantly affect the taste of the dessert itself. Stir well both condensed milk until the mass becomes homogeneous, then add the concentrated milk or cream and stir again.
step 4
For the dessert cream, whip a high- calorie cream with a pinch of salt. When the mass gets thick and increases in volume, add the mascarpone and powdered sugar.

How To Serve

Dessert assembly: You can use both small glass cups / bowls or jars, as well as large glass deep tray. First pour the wetter on the bottom, then put cut biscuit and pour the wetter on top again so that it sinks well into it. Depending on the size of the dish, you can make 2 or 3 such layers, then top it with white cream and place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
