Put the cottage cheese through a sieve and add the sour cream, or blend with the sour cream. Mix the butter and curds together, add chocolate and almonds. You may also add the condiments of Easter cake, including cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, nutmeg, to the prepared mass according to your taste.
Wash the gauze and wring well. Spread out a three-layer gauze in the sieve, distribute the curd evenly, wrap, put some weight on it and store in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
