600 600 gr. cottage cheese 6%
200 200 gr. Sour cream 20%
200 200 gr. Powdered sugar
150 150 gr. Butter
1 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 1 piece Lemon peel
100 100 gr. Chocolate grains (raisins or candied fruit)
50 50 gr. Almond flakes

Dry the almond flakes in the oven at 180 degrees for a few minutes. Sift the powdered sugar. Whisk in the softened butter and powder, add the vanilla and peel.

Put the cottage cheese through a sieve and add the sour cream, or blend with the sour cream. Mix the butter and curds together, add chocolate and almonds. You may also add the condiments of Easter cake, including cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, nutmeg, to the prepared mass according to your taste. Wash the gauze and wring well. Spread out a three-layer gauze in the sieve, distribute the curd evenly, wrap, put some weight on it and store in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
