Pasta with nuts and butter

250 250 gr. spaghetti
50 50 gr. butter
1/2 1/2 cup glass of nuts
1 1 clove garlic clove
1/2 1/2 piece onion
50 50 gr. parmesan
1/2 1/2 piece lemon peel
25 25 gr. parsley
3 3 gr. black pepper
5 5 gr. salt

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake the nuts in the oven for 10 minutes, cool, peel and grind in the chopper for a few seconds or cut into large pieces. Boil water to cook the paste. Chop onion, garlic, parsley. Grate the lemon and parmesan cheese.

Heat a large pan. Spread nuts and bake dry until slightly roasted. Add butter, pepper, salt, onion and garlic. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stir periodically. Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti in the salt water according to the preparation time specified on the packaging.

When the paste is cooked, add half of the chopped parsley, lemon peel and ½ parmesan to the butter mass on the pan, pour 2 ladles of pasta water, bring to a boil and add the cooked spaghetti, mix well. If it looks dry, add another 1 ladle of pasta water.

How To Serve

Place on the plate. Sprinkle with the remaining parsley and parmesan.
