150 150 gr. lemon juice
4 4 yolks
2 2 eggs
180 180 gr. sugar
2 2 teaspoon stratch
300 300 gr. butter
10 10 gr. gelatin
200 200 gr. cream
180 180 gr. flour
55 55 gr. icing sugar
step 1
Combine the yolk, egg and sugar together, add starch. Mix lemon juice and add to the egg mass. Cook together over low heat. Add gelatin. Let cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove again and add cream.

180 g. Flour 55 gr. Sugar, 115 gr. Mix the butter and 1 egg, knead the dough and refrigerate for half an hour. Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees Celsius.

How To Serve

Place the cream on the bottom of the baked dough and garnish with strawberries.
