Salmon is super wholesome as it consists of phosphorus and potassium. It is also rich in unsaturated fats and has a positive effect on a body. Salmon is perfect for your cardiovascular system and eyesight.

2 2 piece salmon steaks
200 200 ml. dry red wine
15 15 gr. starch
1 1 piece lemon
30 30 gr. rosemary
2 2 gr. salt

Remove pin bones from salmon steak and put salt, pepper, and rosemary from both sides. Warm a pan on a medium heat, add oil and place salmon on the skin side for 2 minutes. Afterwards, we turn it over and fry for 2 more minutes. Place it first on a paper towel to get rid of the extra oil.

Pour half of the wine in a small pot, add remaining rosemary and put it on a low heat. Dissolve starch in the other half and slowly add to the pot with wine and rosemary. Stirring the sauce will slowly become thicker. Remove it from the heat after two minutes of cooking, filter and cool it.

How To Serve

Serve warm. Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon.
