300 300 gr. chicken giblets (heart and liver)
50 50 ml. soy sauce
100 100 gr. green sour apple
2 2 gr. coriander
2 2 gr. cumin
2 2 gr. pepper
2 2 gr. salt

Wash chicken giblets (heart and liver), cut off extra veins, put in a pot, add water to cover the giblets and place the pot on a medium fire. Cook and drain it.

Warm a pan on a medium heat and place boiled giblets on it. Add minced onions and sauté. Add also spices and soy sauce. In the end put the slices of sour apple in it. Sauté everything for 5 minutes and remove the pan from the stove.

How To Serve

Serve warm.
