100 100 gr. flour
1 1 kg. sorrel
70 70 gr. nuts
70 70 gr. almonds
70 70 gr. walnuts
100 100 gr. currant
50 50 ml. vinegar
2 2 piece garlic
1 1 lemon
100 100 ml. cream

Wash the sorrel leaves and let them dry. Mince garlic, mix with olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice. Chop nuts, almonds, walnuts together. Mix together and add the berries.

Mix flour and corn flour together, add a little cream and salt. Place in the oven with desired shapes and bake at 150 degrees for 10 minutes.
