Strawberry Cake

5 5 gr. vanilla
100 100 gr. sugar powder
250 250 gr. flour
125 125 gr. butter
25 25 gr. sugar
1 1 egg
300 300 gr. strawberry
200 200 gr. mascarpone cream
step 1
Mix the powdered sugar with vanilla and sugar. In a separate bowl, stir well the flour and butter, then add the powdered sugar. Add the egg to the dough and mix again. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut the cleaned strawberries in half.

Mix the dough once more roll to 0.5 cm. Fit the desired shape. Put in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, at a temperature of 170 degrees. On the cooled cake, spread the mascarpone cream and decorate with strawberries on top.
