150 150 gr. cream 33%
50 50 gr. milk
100 100 gr. strawberry
40 40 gr. sugar
15 15 gr. gelatin

Dissolve gelatin in boiled, cooled water. From the strawberry squeeze juice (juice should be about 25 grams).

In a separate vessel bring to a boil cream, milk, strawberry juice, sugar and vanilla. Gelatin heat and stir until it is completely dissolved in water. Pour all together and stir until the mass as one. Pour over the shapes and freeze. For freezing you need from 30 minutes to 2 hours
