Rinse well the salad leaves and the green onions.
Eggs boil for 15 minutes. Mix sour cream and linseed oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can add lemon juice for taste. Chop the green onions finely.
Squeeze the pickled beans.
Tear the leaves of the salad with your hands on small pieces and place in a small bowl.
Add sour cream sauce and mix well, also add green onions, beans and flax seeds.
