75 75 gr. butter
40 40 gr. corn flour
150 150 ml. pomegranate juice
50 50 gr. pomegranate

Clean trout, remove all bones and ridge. Shred the walnut with warm oil until the mass is unified.

Place the peeled fish on the baking utensils and spread over it the walnut layer to a height of 2 mm so that the fillet completely covered (the dorsal part).

Bake at a temperature of 210-250 degrees for 15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the sauce: pomegranate juice, pomegranate seeds, butter, sliced ​​radish and salt, put in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
