Cut the core of the bread on cubes, pour it with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley and salt. Bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees.
Cut the cucumber, sprinkle with flakes of red pepper and pounded almonds. Pour Matsoni. Decorate the top with grated cheese, currant, parsley and cooked crumbs.
