Jajiri is an old Georgian spring dish, which is strongly recommended for a hangover.

ingredients
400 400 ml. Matsoni
1 1 bread for toast
2 2 gr. red pepper flakes
10 10 gr. parsley
50 50 gr. almond
100 100 gr. cheese, kalti, white
100 100 gr. red currant

Cut the core of the bread on cubes, pour it with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley and salt. Bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees.

Cut the cucumber, sprinkle with flakes of red pepper and pounded almonds. Pour Matsoni. Decorate the top with grated cheese, currant, parsley and cooked crumbs.
