300 300 gr. beetroot
15 15 gr. coriander
5 5 gr. green onion
1 1 clove garlic
350 350 gr. raspberries

1 1 gr. chopped pepper

Place washed beetroot in a boiler and put on low fire to boil. Wash raspberries and boil them separately with a small amount of water, add salt and pepper with taste. Also prepare chopped coriander, green onions and garlic separately with lemon zest.

For lime sauce, boil lemon juice, add salt and pepper with taste and a little bit of butter and flour to thicken it. Clean the boiled beetroot, cut it in desired shapes, grease with garlic and decorate with lemon zest, sesame seeds, raspberry sauce or lemon sauce.

How To Serve

For decoration you can cut out shapes from the beetroot and place the sauce inside. Enjoy!
