To prepare a cold currant sauce, chop the fruit and take out clean juice through the marl.

Wash, clean and cut the pumpkin. Put it in the oven for 40 minutes on 180 celsius. After thermal processing, peel of the skin from the pumpkin.

Fry onions in a small amount of olive oil, add to the warm pumpkin mass, chop together and add salt and pepper with your taste. Separately chop walnut, mix it with the pumpkin mass, put on the frying pan and fry for 7 minutes, than cool down and place on the desired dish.

Decorate the final dish with nuts, pumpkin seed and currant sauce.
