150 150 gr. smoked salmon fillet
80 80 gr. cream cheese
60 60 gr. goat cheese
10 10 ml. soy sauce
50 50 gr. parmesan
5 5 gr. capers
20 20 gr. redberries
15 15 gr. cherry tomatoes
5 5 ml. olive oil
20 20 gr. lemon
5 5 gr. orange zest
1 1 piece piece of toasted baguette

Place the salmon in a round mold. Divide parmesan in two equal parts and grate one of them. Prepare the filling: place in a bowl cream cheese, goat cheese, grated parmesan, finely chopped tomatoes, capers, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Place the salmon on a desired plate. Fill it with the stuffing. Cover with salmon slices. Toast one piece of baguette.

How To Serve

Serve along with redberries, toasted bread, parmesan, and orange zest. Enjoy!
