100 100 gr. butter
115 115 gr. flour
220 220 gr. black chocolate (70%)

First of all, preheat an oven to 180 degrees. Melt the butter and chocolate. Gently mix them. Whisk sugar and eggs. Add chocolate mixture to whisked eggs and mix well. Sieve the flour and whisk or gently mix.
step 2
Prepare molds. Spread them with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into molds but don't fill them up to top. Bake for about 10 minutes. Dough should be liquid inside. Gently remove baked fondants from molds.

Serve with an ice cream.
